We kindly ask you to respect our home and treat it as your own. However, we know that things might get damaged or broken by accident. Relax! Our homes come with $500 "ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE INSURANCE". Let us know and we can get it taken care of at no expense to you.

Please remember that you’re staying in our house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Please pick up after your pets. This includes what they leave behind, from beneath their tail, in the yard. There is a dumpster on the side of the house for all waste. Including pet poop. Everyone appreciates this!

Most toiletries available to get you started. We suggest bringing toiletries for longer stays.

There is no cable tv. T Vs are smart or have Roku/ Firestick streaming devices. This means you can stream your favorite and familiar movies, channels, Netflix, Hulu, etc. Temporarily, the living room is the only streaming TV. To use the ones in the bedroom, you'll need to bring your own streaming devices.

However, it may be your responsibility to furnish your own necessities including toothpaste, hygiene products, toilet paper, tissue, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent coffee etc.

For extended stays, you are responsible for your own laundry, including bedding.

We are pet friendly, so please book appropriately! Unauthorized pets will result in an additional fee of at least $120.

We are smoke free. Smoking or vaping in home will result in an additional fee of at least $120.

Again, for longer stays, you may be required to supply your own amenities. We try to keep enough to get you started.
